These Terms govern your use of the Gym Vector app. By creating an account or using Gym Vector, you agree to

these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Gym Vector.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Not medical advice

Gym Vector is a fitness-tracking tool for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance.
Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use the app and perform any exercises at your own risk.
BMI and other calculations are estimates and should not be relied on for medical decisions.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no illegal use, no attempting to breach security, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no uploading unlawful or infringing content (including photos you do not have the right to use).
You are responsible for the content you add (e.g. progress photos, notes).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display it back to you so the app can function (e.g. syncing your profile photo).

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Some features may be offered as paid or premium in the future. Any pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be presented to you before purchase and processed through the applicable app store. This section will be updated when such features are introduced.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the app running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the app or performance of exercises.
