Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Gym Vector account and the data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Gym Vector and go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity when prompted (password, or a quick re-authentication for Google sign-ins).
- Confirm the deletion. This action cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (email or Google sign-in).
- Your cloud profile: name, email, profile photo, gender, fitness level, and goals.
- Any files stored for your account in our cloud storage.
- The app also clears all of its data on your device: workouts, routines, logs, body metrics, and progress photos.
Deletion of cloud data is executed automatically and is complete within a few minutes. No copies of your profile are retained after deletion.
If you can no longer access the app
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app:
- Email
privacy@gymvector.app from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- We will verify the request belongs to the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
What stays on your device
Workout data is stored on your device, not in the cloud. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account in-app, that on-device data is removed by the uninstall, but your cloud account and profile remain — use the email request above to remove them.
